Utopia

Utopia is a proven International Grand Prix competitor. She was a member of Irelands 2008 Samsung Super League Nations Cup Tour. She started out the season placing 3rd in the $150,000 Olympic Qualifier in Wellington. She was also double clear in the Nations Cup at WEF. She had many other clear rounds throughout the season including the 2nd place team finish in La Baule, and clear rounds in St. Gallen and Aachen, Germany. In 2009 she placed 2nd in the $25,000 Welcome Stakes at the Garden State Horse Show as well as 2nd in the $50,000 Grand Prix. She also had placings in Kentucky and Wellington, Florida. Utopia is now back at home and will be showing this summer on the road with Sequoyah Farms. UPDATE: Utopia has had a great summer and been placing in the Grand Prix classes with resident rider and trainer at GK, Christoph Schroeder. They had a well deserved rest after WEF and entered their first Grand Prix together in June. They immediately placed 6th in the $15,000 Welcome and 6th in the $50,000 Grand Prix in Kentucky. They also placed 2nd in both the Welcome and $25,000 Prix in Brownland, TN. This past weekend the pair was 3rd against a very competitive field at the $40,000 Kentucky Summer Horse Show Grand Prix.
