Our facilities are located at Sequoyah Farms
in Andersonville, TN. The farm was purchased
by the current owners in early 2006. We would like to thank Thomas R. Hicks Construction for all the hard work building this facility.

The Barn Features:

We have 28 stalls in our main barn
including 6 stallion stalls, 4 foaling
stalls, 2 wash stalls and a breeding area.
The lab is also located in the main barn as
well as a large tack room, conference room
and the main office.
All stalls will feature Promat
flooring, Nelson automatic watering systems & feeders, in a
completely temperature controlled
environment.
The second story also features a lounge
area including a indoor arena-viewing
balcony. This also allows you to spend more
time with your potential horse or Stallion
and Mare for breeding.

We are nearly completed now. Landscaping is currently underway.

Main Isle, Gelding wing. Stalls are 13' x 13'. All stalls have pro mats and rubber mattresses to provide complete comfort for horses.

Main Isle, Mare wing. The floors were just washed and the brick pavers provide a nice stable footing.

Foaling Wing. All foaling stalls are 15' x 20' and have padded stalls to insure foal and mare safety.

Stallion Wing, Stalls are 19' x 15'. All drain grates have been coated with a special coating to enhance footing for horses.

Main Foyer, The door in the middle is the entrance to the arena. The two wash bays are to the left and right of the arena entrance.

The tack room is still somewhat under construction. We are waiting on cabinets.

The footing, supplied by Equestrian Surfaces, is a polymer-coated sand with fibers which provides a soft dust free footing with no watering required.
