April 4 2008 - 3 AM Kim woke me pointing to the monitor "Una Bella is having her baby!" A wonderful Holsteiner colt was introduced to our barn. After a quick shower, we returned to bed only to see on the monitor Quick Count was having her baby! We rushed back down to the foaling stalls and once again returned to foaling. another 2 hours everything was in order and a beautiful Holsteiner filly joined our barn. Edward Doyle's groom, Ian, arrived that same day to prepare for Charlotte.

March 24 2008 - GK Performance Horses would like to thank Peter Leone for visiting Sequoyah Farms. Peter is a well known rider and a Silver Medalist.
March 17 2008 (St. Patricks day) - On the same day we returned from Florida and the same day Edward Doyle (Irish Rider) to arrive at Sequoyah Farms, Glitzy had her first foal by Schoponi! A beautiful little filly. Congradulations Glitzy!

UTOPIA FINSHES 3RD IN LAST OLYMPIC QUALIFIER GRAND PRIX!
Edward Doyle and Sequoyah Farms Utopia had another stunning performance in the final Olympic qualifying Grand Prix in Wellington, FL. They took a solid 3rd place with two clean rounds. Congratulations to both Edward and Utopia!

Utopia will being showing 2 more times in Wellington and will come home to Sequoyah farms Monday 3/17/2008. She will be showing in Tampa, FL and Charlotte, NC in April.

UTOPIA TIES FOR 3RD PLACE IN FEI NATIONS CUP!
Sequoyah Farms “Utopia” selected by the Irish, with Edward Doyle as her rider, tied for 3rd individually in the 2008 Nations Cup in Wellington, FL. With only 4 faults as a result of 1 rail in the first round and a clean round in the jump off, we were extremely pleased with Edward and Utopia’s performance.

Pleanty of Guiness was in order after this one!

Cubito is now at his new home!
Cubito arrived at Sequayah farms. GKPH stallions now include Cubito x Contender, Czechmate X Carthago, Aminuos x Errigal Flight and Schoponi.

Cubito is on his way to the USA!
He finished in the top of his 30-day test and we decided NOT to leave him for the 70 day test. We plan on having him standing at our new barn in about 45 to 50 days. It has been over a year of waiting and we are excited to finally have our Champion.

GKPH transferred all horses to our new facility in Sequoyah Farms! - It began with "Connery" and "Loretta" in the early afternoon. With help from our friends the remaining 15 horses were finally unloaded at midnight. We would like to thank everyone who helped deliver our horses safely.

GKPH Proudly announces "Zuza", a new filly from Lilly. - Zuza, Czechoslovakian for "graceful lilly", is a stunning filly. From Charley and Lilly, she has 3 socks and a wonderful personality already.

GKPH Proudly announces Una Bella, another beautiful Holsteiner Mare! - A wonderful ConAir mare was purchased during our last trip to Germany. She is a 3-year- old bay mare currently in foal located in Germany. She will be moved to Sequoyah Farms after she foals next year. She is listed in our Holsteiner Mares section.

Kimberly and Greg take their 2nd trip to Germany. - This trip was planned to purchase additional mares for breeding.  We traveled throughout the Holstein region visiting many beautiful farms. Thank you Christoph for a wonderful trip and tour guide!
